1. Who we are
Blue Alien Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") is a handmade craft business based in Roswell, New Mexico. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
2. Our products
Everything we sell is handmade in small batches, so no two items are exactly alike. Colors, sizes, and small details may vary a little from the photos on the site. That variation is part of the charm, not a defect.
We try hard to keep product photos and descriptions accurate, but we don't guarantee that every detail is error-free.
3. Ordering
When you add items to your cart and submit the order form, you're sending us a request to buy. Your order is confirmed once we've received your payment (see below). We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we can't verify the order — and if we do, we'll refund anything you already paid.
4. Prices, payment & tax
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. New Mexico gross receipts tax is added at checkout at the rate shown for Roswell.
We take payment through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. You complete payment using the handle shown at checkout. Your order isn't final until we've received that payment. Please include your name or order details with your payment so we can match it to your order.
5. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the item price. We ship within the United States via USPS, typically using First-Class Package / Flats business mailers.
- A flat shipping fee is added at checkout.
- Orders over $50 ship free.
We send orders out as soon as we reasonably can after payment clears. Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery timing is in their hands, not ours.
6. Returns & replacements
We do not accept returns. Because our items are handmade and low-cost, all sales are final.
We will replace an item, free of charge, if:
- it arrived broken or damaged, or
- you received the wrong product.
If either happens, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem, and we'll make it right with a replacement.
7. Acceptable use
Please use this site for its intended purpose — browsing and buying our crafts. Don't try to break, overload, copy, or misuse the site or its content.
8. Our content
The text, images, logos, and artwork on this site belong to Blue Alien Enterprises. Please don't reuse them without our permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide our products and this website "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue Alien Enterprises isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
